A dióda méréskor 1 mA árammal és kb. 2,5 V-tal tesztel a műszer, tehát kék és fehér LED-ek ellenőrzésére nem jó. Kicsit furcsa, hogy míg feszültségmérésnél Ac-DC között a tárcsa elfordításával kell váltani, addig áram mérésekor AC-DC közötti váltáshoz a SEL gombot kell megnyomni.
