The first few times they worked perfect but I had the same problem with any heated insole I bought till now 3 sets are useless after 5 uses they stop working or it works for few minutes and then stop the battery doesn't have any problem it seems like it loses contact from the wires they need to find a better way to connect the battery with the heating pad because after few uses the wires are getting desoldered or the pad gets destroyed from the movement .
